Have the defending team position themselves so they are in the way of the attackers. The defenders cannot move for the first round. Second round they can wave their hands. Third round they are to defend. The attacking team is to pass the ball between them, avoiding the defending team. They are to pass as many times as the couch says before getting it to their final player. The shooters can shoot on their final throw. The defenders could start at the base line and try to get the ball to the centre of the court with the number of throws the coach says and the attackers can defend. Switch up positions.
