
Split thrid into 3 channels. Have 2 Attackers line up behind the channel lines at each end of the third. Attacker starts with the ball. A1, A2 and A3 lead into the 3rd respectivley. Utilsing different channels. A1 should lead first as they are closest to the ball ect Players then work the ball for X number of passes. Playes need to kepp the court balanced so that there aren't 2 players in the same channel unless one of them has the ball
