Players are to all line up in line and I will be the feeder. There is a hoop about 10 meters from the first person in the line and me the feeder will stand just in front of the hoop. The first person in the line sprint fast toward the hoop and receiving a ball the player should land 1 foot in the hoop other foot out of the hoop, landing 1, 2. The player then re gains balance by putting both feet into the hoop and passes the ball back to the feeder. The next player then goes.
