
Split into teams of 6-10 (even number where possible). Stand shoulder to shoulder in two lines facing each other from the baseline up court. Ball starts on the baseline and is thrown up the rows in a zig zag. Once you have passed the ball you run to the other end of the line. Aim: to get the ball from one baseline to the other.
