The WA and white C run into the center of the square and recieve a pass from the plyer opposite them. The white C and the WA pivot to face where they came from ad pass to the player that was standing behind them. Once they pass, they move behind their partner. The GA and GS woud now have the ball. The GK and black C run into the middle of the square and recieve the pass from the players opposite. This keeps on going until no one drops the ball or steps after 3 rounds.
Fast, strong passes. Watch out for stepping at anytime but mostly when players are pivoting.
