Three feeders - form a wall on the outside channel of the court. Players will run down the middle channel of the court receiving and returning a pass with correct, controlled footwork from each feeder before joining the end of the line to repeat.
Feeders - ensure pass is thrown in front of the player to allow them to run onto the ball. Players - ensure you time your run accurately to run onto the ball and land '1,2' then return the ball to the feeder before moving onto the next feeder. It is also useful to call out to the feeder to let them know tou are ready for a pass.
