
Player_starts at 1, goes to 2, up to 3, sideways running back to 1, forward to 4, defensive shuffle back to 1. At 1 player jumps before making stong drive up to green cone, sideways run back to other green cone to pull in intercept.
Player must turn hips when changing direction (except for defensive shuffle). Change of speed when driving out, and turning hips to recover. Getting body positioned under ball and going up from two feet with two hands and pulling in intercept strong, getting balance.
