
1. A & B lead down court, 1 recieves a slight lob from thrower. They both stop, steady and look down court to C & D who should " split". Pass to either player. 2.Other player( C&D) then cut into middle of court towards thrower to recieve the next pass. 3. The player (C or D) that doesnt recieve cuts into the middle to recieve the next pass and then passes to thr Thrower. 4. A & B become C & D, C& D go to the end of the line.
