
Cetnre pass: The 'C' passess to the GA who drive straight out of the line to recieve the ball. MEanwhile te GS fakes the run and cuts back to the 'D'. (the GK also comes out as a back up). The GD runs behind the GK to recive the next ball on the third line from the 'C'. . The ball is then passed to the C who is at the topof the shooting circle. the GS doged and recieves the ball from he C and has a shot. the GA comes running in as a backup option, they are also there to retrieve the rebound and shoot.
Ball chain: C - GA - GD - C - GS.
