
WA starts with ball and C drives to first cones and receives pass. WA drives onto the top of the circle and receives pass from C. Shooters are rotating and moving and best lead receives next pass from WA. C drives to side of shooter receiving the ball and receives pass from shooter. Free shooter then drives to C and receives ball and shoots. Defenders are moving using fast feet and staying ball side. Defence shot and contest rebound if necessary
