Ensure feet move away as the ball is pulled back towards the body. Check that this doesnt become a v-drag - weight should be moving back foot to front foot as the ball comes back to allow the rear leg to shift position. Once complete ensure that the ball is moved back to carrying position ready for low slap on goal Ball should be level with front foot for slap with hands together at top of the stick.
