Aerobic session 1: 5 Reps = 20 minutes
* Each rep will be 120 seconds
* Rest period between reps will be 120 seconds
* Intensity under 90%
- Start in goalsquare (RHS diagram)
- Cone 1, tackle bag and get up
- Cones 2-5, bend over to pick up ball motion
- Cone 6 tackle bag and get up
- Run around cone 7 to cone 8, pick up a football from pile and run to cone 9
- Bounce the ball around the square (cones 9-12) bouncing every 10 strides
- Put football back in pile at cone 13
- Run around cone 14 to cone 15 weaving in and out
- Cone 15 – 17 jump in the air to motion taking a mark
- From cone 17 weave through the cones back to the start
- Continue drill until the 120 seconds has expired
- Rest period of 120 seconds
