Have even numbered groups facing each other around 10 metres apart (5 per group)
Cone A starts with ball facing cone B,
Start with running and handballing to each other, into half volley pick ups, up in the air to jump up and mark the ball, then finally into kicking to each other (lengthen the groups to around 20metres) stationary kick, lengthen to 40 for a kick to a leading player.
