With over 300,000 users, Teamo is expanding rapidly. We're seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer to help us grow our presence in new and existing markets. If you have a passion for people, a love of sports, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conduct engaging video calls/demos to showcase Teamo's benefits and capabilities.
  • Assist clubs with implementation, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Report and analyse key metrics related to app usage and performance.
  • Meet and exceed targets for new club registrations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate interest in Teamo among clubs, organisations, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns targeting prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to propose ideas that attract and engage prospective customers and clubs.
  • Contribute to the wider success of the Teamo team by assisting with projects and tasks as needed.

About You

  • A confident and articulate communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, whether via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about sports, especially grassroots and community-level initiatives.
