hi, im a 15 year old male and i have been working out for about 10 months total, and i recently started doing more bench press and wide grip bench for the last month or so, anyway i have noticed my right pec is not as big or defined as my left pec. after a workout of benching my left pec is noticeably larger than my right, but my right one is still kind of big but will pretty much shrink so its almost like i have no muscle. when i am benching they are almost the same size flexing but after my left dominates size how can i fix this

this is a difficult question to answer without seeing how you are benching. There are a number of factors which could be at play here - for instance do you take part in a sport such as tennis which uses one side of your body more than another? Another possibility could be that you might be compensating by using your deltoids on your weaker (right side) rather than your pectoral muscles when performing your bench presses. This would then mean that your right pec would continue to lag behind your left one.
What I would recommend that you speak to a member of staff/personal trainer at your gym and ask them to observe your technique to ensure that you are perfoming the exercises correctly. After this continue to train your chest in balance and the problem (which is probably more noticeable to yourself than it is to others) will soon even itself out.
