subscription says paid on apple store

good day. i see my subscription has been paid yet I am not able to view locked items. please help

Thank you for your question. We can confirm that you have an active 1 Month Pro Hockey subscription and when logged into your account you can access all hockey drills and session plans. Please contact us at info@sportplan.com if you have any further questions.
