refund last payment

refund last payment

I would like to request that the last payment be refunded. I haven't used the system and thought I had already canceled my subscription. I'm not sure why the payment is still being taken out. thanks for your assistance

Thanks for getting in contact. We can confirm you have successfully cancelled your subscription and your current access will expire 14/06/2022. No further payments will be debited from your account. Please contact us at info@sportplan.com if you have any further questions.
