how can I design my own plan or can I

Hi Kevin,

You can create your own plan by clicking on 'Plan' in the top right hand corner of your screen. This will then give you a template where you can insert videos and text of your choice.

Alternatively you can use our Clipboard where you can select a number of drills and it will put it into a session plan for you.
