Tony, thank you for your question.

To customise your account and get more from it there are various things to do.

1. Upload your profile image.

2. When navigating sports if prompted to state you are interested in that sport, this will start to customise your home page so you get updates and new relevant to the that sport.

3. You can also like colleagues that you wish to share content with by clicking the "My Team" link below your personal information.
