dear,I've been trying to cancel my membership as only recently another £25 was deducted from my account. when logging in, it does not give me the option to cancel membership, as it tells me that I'm not a member! can you please explain, cancel and then confirm. thank you Michael

It looks like the payment is coming out of an account registered under a different email address. A member of the team has contacted your regarding this.
