canceled but still took payment

I canceled my subscription but they took payment today

Hi Allison,

Thanks for your question. We can confirm that you successfully cancelled your subscription and your current access will expire 03/08/2022. Unfortunately payment had already been taken. We have also sent you an email detailing this. If you have not received this yet, please check your junk emails or email us at info@sportplan.com
