Dear Jodie,

Thank you for your questions. Since you initially subscribed via the Play Store, you need to cancel through google play. Steps to cancel:

Open the Google Play app.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription.
