hi there. just wondering how I can cancel my subscription

Hi Koto,

Thanks for your question. To cancel your membership please log in and select the profile icon in the top left of the page. From here select Settings- > Memberships -> Edit -> Select the membership you wish to cancel -> Cancel.

Money was deducted on 18/8 and I cancelled subscription thereafter so I should still have access till mid September but I don’t. Why is this?
