cancel subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription. I thought I had done this months ago but another payment has been taken. how do I do it?

Hi Luke,

To cancel your membership please login to your account on desktop and head to your profile, Settings, Memberships, Edit and select the membership you wish to cancel. Here you will need to follow a few steps to confirm the cancellation. You should also receive email confirmation.
