cancel subscription - urgent reply needed

cancel subscription - urgent reply needed

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year but you still keep taking the money out.I cannot afford this plus I am not the coach of the team anymore, this comes from my personal account and not a club account.I have emailed and have still not received a reply. Can someone please answer and ensure that my payment doesnot come out this month.I should be reimbursed for the last 6 months as I have not been using this.
