I wish to cancel my add on platinum subscription

Hi Helen,

Thanks for your question. To cancel your Platinum subscription, please login to your Sportplan account on desktop and head to your profile -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select your Platinum membership. From here you will need to follow a few steps and please fill out your reasoning for cancelling. You should receive email confirmation when this is completed. If you have any further issues or questions, please contact us at info@sportplan.com
