Hi can you cancel my membership please

Hi Ross,

Thanks for your question. We can see that you have two active memberships - hockey and volleyball - please confirm which membership you would like to cancel.

Alternatively, you can cancel your membership by selecting the profile icon -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select the subscription you wish to cancel. If you don't want to change your membership, select 'Don't Change', select your reasoning for cancelling and fill out the feedback below. Acknowledge the fact you may lose access to folders and select 'Don't Pause' if you do not want to pause the membership. You can then confirm that you want to cancel your membership.
