cancel membership

please cancel my membership. I'm not sure if it's been canceled as I can't open your email or read message in the app Have a great Christmas.

Hi Willow,

Thanks for your question. To cancel your membership, please login to your Sportplan account and head to the profile icon in the top left hand corner -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select the membership you wish to cancel. From here you will need to follow a few steps and fill out your reasoning for cancelling. Please contact us at info@sportplan.com if you have any further questions.
