adding email to account

I am having trouble logging in, my account is linked to my AppleID so it uses face recognition, but the wrong password is saved on that. so I can log in on my phone as it's recognising my face, but I want to sign in on my computer but I can't.Please can I add my personal email to my account so I can reset my password. I have tried resetting the password linked to the AppleID but this isn't sending the reset link through. I previously had an account using my email ...link in profile... when I lived in Ireland, but that's not linking my pro subscription that is attached to my AppleID
