account log in and cancellation

I have tried to log in with the email I registered with and it says not valid (it is finger printed) but yet I can log in under a different email however all say I don't have an active accountyet I am being charged month fees to use the Sportplan siteI would like to cancel my email that was registered with the account was ...link in profile... respond on how I can proceed
