Upload a video form Youtube

How do you upload a video from Youtube. Previously you just had to copy the URL into the plan but I can't see how to do this.Thank you.

Dear Pauline,

To upload a Youtube video into your Sportplan folder you can do so by clicking on 'Create', 'Insert Youtube' and then enter the URL of the video you'd like to upload.
