Good Morning
I want to cancel my tennis membership as it is too expensive at £9.99/month and I have just seen from my bank account that another payment has been taken. I have followed the procedure suggested but have discovered that the tennis membership does not even appear on the list!
Can I please request that this membership is immediately cancelled.

Hi Jane,
Since you initially subscribed via the App Store, you need to cancel through iOS. This is an Apple policy that we must abide by as we don`t handle the payments ourselves. Steps to cancel:
- Go into the App Store on your device.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go into Subscriptions. From here you should see your subscription to Sportplan and select to cancel.
