Thanks for your question. We are unable to find an active subscription under this account. Could the account be under a different email address?

To cancel your subscription, please login to your account on desktop, head to your profile -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select your membership to cancel. You will need to follow a few steps to confirm the cancellation. You can contact us at info@sportplan.com if you have any further issues or questions.
