Soft Decline when looking to subscribe for 6 months

Soft Decline when looking to subscribe for 6 months

I am trying to renew my membership. I have a 50% off offer and i would like to purchse £22.50 for 6 months subsription, but when i look to pay it says 'Soft Decline'.Not sure why this is happening. It is a new card that i am paying with as i lost my old one.
