Refund request - emails not answered

Hi - This is my 2nd contact through the website. I've also sent x2 emails but had no reply. I notice my account is now cancelled - thank you. I did this within the trial period however so would like to be refunded the value of the 3 months taken.

Thanks for your question. Please check your junk emails as we have replied to both your emails. We can confirm that we have cancelled your subscription and your current access will expire 31/06/2022.
