Please cancel my subscription

How do I cancel my subscription aftger I go to my profile setting? There is nothing on my profile setting that allows me to cancel my subscription.

To cancel your membership please login to your account on desktop and head to your profile -

I have tried to cancel my subscription and there was no option to cancel this after me contacting you to cancel you have since took the money from my account and I want it back as I don't even use your app and when I check the subscription there is nothing there but you have took my money
