Payment

Hi I have just had a payment taken for 3 months, unfortunately I had been trying to cancel my membership as I am struggling financially due to the rising living costs. I have now managed to cancel mymembership but missed that cut off date for this payment, is there anyway I can have this refunded and my membership stopped from today please
