Hi,I have just cancelled my subscription with confirmation pasted below;Pro Netball Unlimited Access to Sportplan Netball Drills Library and Coaching Tools, Access will expire: 12 Feb 2022 $25.00 I have had two payments taken totalling $32.42 (plus $0.97) on Feb. 14, 2021 and $34.14 ( plus $1.02) on Aug. 14 2021 plus the international transaction fees in brackets. Can you please advise why I have incurred these charges. Can you please organise a refund for both. Kind regards, Deb Griffin

Thank you for your question. We can confirm that you have successfully cancelled your Sportplan subscription. Your purchased subscription was in USD and we assume that the amount that you see is the AUD conversion. Please contact us at info@sportplan.com if you have any further questions.
