New card payment

New card payment

Hello, I have been issued a new debit/visa card and need to update this in replace of my old card linked to membership. can you please provide assistance? thank you

Hi Bridie,

Thanks for your question. There isn't currently an option to change your card details. We would therefore recommend either waiting for your membership to expire and purchasing the same membership again with your new card details. Or you can cancel the membership now (you will still have access until 06/06/2022) and then purchasing a membership with your new card after this date.
