Hello Team, I am new to this site and have signed up for free individual membership. In a few drills, I see a lock sign however can see the videos post clicking on it. Would like to understand if these are available for free or if there is a cost associated with it. Thank you, Bhumit

Hi Bhumit,
With a free membership, you sadly don`t have full access to all of the drills and session plans. To unlock drills and receive full access, you`ll need to upgrade your account; you can do this by clicking on any of the upgrade buttons on your homepage, or click on Upgrade Now from the drop down menu in the top right hand corner.
This will cost but you can subscribe for either 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or a year membership.
