Can't access even though I have a membership

Can't access even though I have a membership

Hi there,I am trying to access a plan but it says "upgrade to view" even though I have paid for access.Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your message. This is likely to be because you haven't got a Pro membership which enables you to access our entire library of drills and plans.
