Cancellation of membership

Good afternoon Sport Plan, excellent app thank you for the support during the NRL season. I no longer require the month to month membership and would like to cancel it until next season. can you please cancel my subscription or send me a link on how to.Warm regardsAdrian.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your question and feedback on the site! Since you initially subscribed via the App Store, you need to cancel through IOS. This is an Apple policy that we must abide by as we don't handle the payments ourselves.

Steps to cancel:

Go into the App Store
Tap your profile icon
Go into Subscriptions and select the one you wish to cancel.
