Cancel subscription

HelloDespite several attempts to cancel my subscription it has not worked. Could somebody please advise how you do this. It has been very useful for our PE department but my personal bank account is being charged for this. I need to cancel.Thanks

I have the same issue. Nowhere is there an option and I cannot delete the payment method either. Please advise

Hi David,

To cancel your subscription please click your icon in the top left hand corner of the screen -> Setting -> Memberships -> Cancel Subscription.

Please email info@sportplan.com if you have any issues regarding this.
