Cancel membership

Hi, I would like to cancel my membership, however when I progress through the prompts I am unable to click through to cancel. This is very frustrating. Please can you help me to resolve this issue.Thanks,Kate

Hi Kate,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble trying to cancel. You're required to enter a reason as to why you're cancelling before being able to progress to the next stage.
