Cancel a membership

I have gone through to setting, then memberships and ticked the one I wish to cancel, have ticked the reason but I am not being able to use the continue button as it is not highlighted! How do I proceed

Dear Helen,

You are required to enter a reason (more than 10 characters) for why you want to cancel. This should then allow you to click continue.

If you're still having trouble, please email info@sportplan.com and we can cancel it for you.
