Cancel Subscribition

Hi,I am needing to cancel my subscription and when I click on my plan and click on the reason, I am unable to click the cancel button.Can I please have this cancelled on my behalf?Thanks

Hi Kym,

Thanks for your question. To cancel your subscription, please login to your Sportplan account on desktop and head to your profile -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select your membership. You will need to follow a few steps and when selected the reasoning for the cancellation, you need to provide 10 characters to be able to select the cancel option.
