How can I cancel my membership? When I go into edit, it only gives me the option to change my membership type!

Hi Simone,
Thanks for your question. To cancel your membership please login to your Sportplan account on desktop and head to your profile -> Settings -> Memberships -> Edit and select your membership. There are a few steps you need to follow to confirm the cancellation. If you do not wish to change subscription, simply select 'Don't Change', select your reasoning for cancelling and add any extra info in the box below (must be minimum 10 characters to continue). Then acknowledge the fact you will lose access to folders, select 'Don't Pause' and then your subscription will have successfully cancelled. You should receive email confirmation.
