I am looking to add an assistant coach to my team. Will they be able to assist with creating coaching plans with this access, or do they have to have their own membership? We are trying to keep all of our videos and practice plans in a centralized profile, so it would be helpful if they coudl create from my profile as a team member.

Thanks for your question. Adding coaches to your team allows you to share drills, sessions and documents between each other, start conversations and see what your fellow coaches are interacting with on your MyTeam feed. You add coaches to your team by inputting the email address that is linked to their Sportplan account. Your assistant coach would therefore need to have their own Sportplan account - a free account allows you to create your own drills and session plans. To access drills and session plans within the Sportplan library, your other coach would need to upgrade their membership to a paid account.
