How should you introduce 'inversion' to 11 year olds?

I have been asked to deliver an introduction to inversion lesson for 11-12 year olds, what are they referring to by inversion and how should I introduce this in 30 mins?!!

An inversion is any skill where the gymnast is upside down. I usually introduce the concept of inversion in stages. Each stage must be succeeded before moving into the next stage. The vital  concept to understand is core stability. This is attained by tight abs, tight glutes and pointing the toes. The first stage is the teddy bear stand ( head stand with the knees on the gymnasts elbows),followed by the headstand.A spotter is important at this stage  and also for stage three which is the handstand.Stage 3 variations can be cartwheels and round offs.
