The Squats develop the thighs, glutes, adductors and hamstrings.
Muscle groups: Quadriceps, Gluteals, Adductors
Joint Movement: Knee extension, Hip extension, Hip adduction

COACHING POINTS

  • Feet over shoulder width apart
  • Neutral Spine
  • Soft Knees
  • Flex knees until they are parallel to the ground or 90 degrees of flexion
